Eye Rotations 3D
A fun project from my time in the Rolfs Lab exploring the geometry of three-dimensional eye rotations, working with Martin Rolfs.

Simulation project modeling the dynamics of a spin ensemble in neuronal cell walls under three interactions: magnetic resonance from MRI, electromagnetic noise from neuronal activity, and the surrounding biological medium acting as a thermostat. This project was part of my M1 thesis work at UTINAM, supervised by David Viennot.
Project using a seasonally forced SEIR model to study COVID-19 dynamics in Russia and Finland, including parameter estimation and sensitivity to noise.
Project on building potential energy surfaces for N–N2 interactions with W(100) using the LEPS model, fitted against reference energies from the CRP model.
